What Are The Precautions For Installing UV Electronic Power Supply?

May 12, 2021

The correct placement of the UV electronic power supply will help the normal performance of the product, enhance its stability, safety and instructions for use. The following is a detailed introduction to the relevant precautions for the placement of the UV electronic power supply.

1. UV electronic power supply has good smoothness and high efficiency during speed regulation. At low speed, the characteristic static closing rate is higher and the relative stability is good.

2. The working environment temperature of UV electronic power supply is generally -10℃~40℃, and the humidity is lower than 90℃. If the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃, the inverter should be derated by 5 for every increase of 1℃. When the ambient temperature is 10℃, the life of the inverter is halved, so the surrounding ambient temperature and the problem of the inverter's heat dissipation must be solved.

3. All power products such as 60HZ power supply, 400HZ intermediate frequency power supply, inverter power supply, shore power supply, single-phase variable frequency power supply, three-phase variable frequency power supply, etc. should be kept away from fire and high temperature to prevent excessive temperature.

4. Prevent oil mist and salt from corroding the frequency conversion power supply.

5. Please place the variable frequency power supply in a well-ventilated place, at least 30 cm away from other objects to keep the air inlet ventilated.

6. The normal operating environment of UV electronic power supply is temperature 0℃~40℃, humidity 0~90% (non-condensing state)

7. Avoid placing the UV electronic power supply in a place that contains corrosive gas, vibration, and magnetic field interference.

8. Avoid placing the UV electronic power supply in direct sunlight, rain or damp places.

9. Do not place the 60HZ power supply, 400HZ intermediate frequency power supply and other various power products on uneven or inclined places.

10. When the UV electronic power supply drives a standard motor, compared with the industrial frequency power supply, the loss will increase, and the effect will be worse when the low speed is cooled, and the temperature rise of the motor will increase. Therefore, the load torque of the motor should be reduced at low speeds.
