First of all, every operator responsible for maintenance must be familiar with the basic working principles and functional characteristics of UV power supplies, and have basic knowledge of electrician operations. Before powering on the UV power supply, check the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. Too high temperature will cause the UV power supply to overheat and alarm. Exhaust system, such as whether the fan rotates smoothly, whether there is dust and blockages in the air inlet, are places that cannot be ignored in our daily inspections. Whether the motor reactor, UV power supply, etc. are overheated or smelly; whether the UV power supply and motor have abnormal noise; whether the current display on the UV power supply panel is too large or the current change range is too large, and whether the output UVW three-phase voltage and current are balanced.
