How To Control The Noise Generated By Uv Frequency Conversion Power Supply

May 15, 2021

Noise is generally divided into two categories: mechanical noise and airflow noise. Generally, a good quality variable frequency power supply will not have any noise, but if there is a noise in the uv variable frequency power supply, how should we control it?

1. During the operation of the machine, the noise generated by the impact, friction or poor dynamic balance of the machine can be effectively reduced by improving the machining accuracy and the quality of the machine assembly.

2. Improve the mechanical design and use polymer materials or high-damping alloys instead of ordinary steel to make machine parts.

3. Improve technology and operation methods, such as changing riveting to welding, changing forging to friction extrusion or hydraulic processing, and using pressure pile drivers to replace diesel pile drivers in construction.

4. Improve the equipment structure, for example, change the gears of the draw-twisting machines in chemical fiber plants into steel gears with elastic sleeves and polyurea casting gears. Rotating machinery and equipment should use low-noise transmission methods, such as spur gear transmission. Change to helical gear or helical gear transmission, or switch to belt transmission.
